His track record is built on measurable outcomes — $225M in documented cost reduction at Biogen managing $7B in global spend, a 75% viewership increase at Amgen, and data architectures that eliminated over 250 hours of manual work annually.
As founder of Haley Consulting LLC since 2020, Ron has extended this enterprise expertise to clients as a fractional analytics leader and Agentic AI strategist. He builds and runs his own multi-agent AI team daily — not as a proof of concept, but as live operational infrastructure that powers his practice.
Ron holds a Master of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Rhode Island (recipient of the Leonard E. Smith Award for academic excellence), a BA in Communication Studies from URI, and dual AS degrees in Computer Networking and Micro Computing from CCRI (summa cum laude).
